Reesha, Walter or Turtle is VERY handsome! What a lucky boy he is!!

This is our 'Christmas' adoption. This is Sara. She is a Giant Schnoodle and should be about 60-70 lbs when full grown. She already eats more than the big dogs right now and is growing like a damn blackberry in Oregon! She's very smart and alternates between being super sweet to being a little Tasmanian devil about 10 times per day.

This is her at 7 weeks (this is pretty much what she looked like when she arrived from Montana at 8 weeks old):

This is her yesterday, at almost 11 weeks:

(sorry about the lousy photo quality - I need to take some good ones of her!)

Sara is so cute, but look at the size of those paws!

I miss having a dog. Sigh.

Sara is adorable! She looks like she is going to be a big girl when she grows up.

Here's our newest Humane society adoption kitty, and our first boy!

He's a real lovey-squish-bunny. We named him Little Satchel.
He has thumbs. I'm trying to teach him to type and knit.

-Amazing the stuff you can get at your local animal shelter!

    Lisa,

My mom's newest adopted cat ("Mittens") also has thumbs; in fact, the vet said he has seven toes on each foot, which is most unusual!

So far, he has resisted all attempts to make use of the thumbs in a productive manner, however.
