B: egg white omelet with turkey bacon and small slice of sharp Irish cheddar, sprouted wheat bread, skim milk, coffee

L: apple, cottage cheese

S: coffee, 1/2 green tea/white chocolate cookie

D: last of the skinless chicken breast stew with carrots, onions and celery, steamed broccoli, skim milk

Currently stewing some overly-ripe Gala apples in the crock-pot with cinnamon and nutmeg. Planning on having some later with no-fat Half and Half (which really seems a contradiction in terms, but there you go)
