    I'd be interested in continuing.

Continuation sheets would be great! Nothing like "confession" to keep one motivated. Or at least for those of us (ME!) who happen to hate exercising for the sake of exercising.

I'm in! Can we do it by the month, like this could be a January challenge?

I would be interested as well. Thanks, Veronica, for setting this up. It was a great motivator.

I am also finding it difficult to continue with my strength workouts since I had to let my trainer go, though I can afford one individual session with him a month. I really need accountability of some form - especially in the winter! Summer, no problem, the mountain bike and road bike takes care of that..but during cold, snowy weather?

I'd like to participate, too. I'm still recovering from the gall bladder surgery and pancreatitis, so I don't know that I'm up for my usual 20+ my training ride at the lake or Fiesta Island, but I can handle the trainer in my garage.

Okay, I'll have one up before January first. Same thing - I'll PM you the site. You choose your time goal. As before - it's your goal - inside, outside, upside down, trainer, rollers, spin class... whatever.

    me, too?!
I need to drag my bike into the livingroom so I can at least soft pedal while vegging in front of the TV (er, no, I mean while reading a classic novel).

Can I try again too. I know I have been remiss about logging my time, but I have been riding. I promise I'll log in this time..........please.
