What do you mean by half-and-half? Sorry for the dumb question but I am not a native speaker. I tried to google it and it turned out that it can mean different things. I like reading this forum because every time I learn something new.

Milk/Cream mixture. Tasty...

To elaborate a little more - it's sold here in the US in our dairy sections (next to milk and cream). It's what lots of people use in coffee or tea.

For some odd reason, it used to be called cereal milk - though it's rich enough that I can't imagine anyone would use it as milk in cereal.

B: pancake made from oats, 3 eggs and cottage and white cheese
L (3 p.m.): white beans and pork
D: I'm visiting my DH's cousin and I don't know the menu but I cooked this. It's a kind of traditional Bulgarian bread but I put 2 types of cheeses and butter in it. It's made with yeast.

60 minute hard spinning class, followed by 40 minute light weights workout

L: Leftover skinless chicken breast stew with carrots, onions and celery, and a bit of brown rice, skim milk

S: apple with a bit of PB

D: Leftover skinless chicken breast stew with carrots, onions and celery, sprouted bread, skim milk. 1 pint of beer later

1 granola bar
bowl of soup, chicken, potato, chard, onion, carrots, celery
Dinner: Salad with blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette dressing

L: apple, cottage cheese

S: coffee, 1/2 green tea/white chocolate cookie

D: last of the skinless chicken breast stew with carrots, onions and celery, steamed broccoli, skim milk

Currently stewing some overly-ripe Gala apples in the crock-pot with cinnamon and nutmeg. Planning on having some later with no-fat Half and Half (which really seems a contradiction in terms, but there you go)
