B: Bowl of cereal, gingerbread-flavored tea with sugar and half-and-half
L/D: Turkey, green beans, potatoes with garlic, glass of red wine; 2 small pieces of baklava and a cookie for dessert
S: Pieces of turkey while packaging the leftovers for freezing; more cookies, pumpkin spice-flavored tea with sugar and half-and-half.
There's still a lingering hole there. I think I'll have an apple.

Yes, I'm riding tomorrow before it starts raining.

As far as broken rules, well...
B: egg white, goat cheese, salsa omelette, half a grapefruit, hunk of whole wheat bread from the bakery, coffee
L: cup of lentil soup, 2pieces of some cheese I got as a gift, very small ww wheat roll, and an apple
S: hummus, 3 pita chips, glass off wine after a 4 mile hike
D: Chinese food: I didn't overdo, didn't eat the orange beef (fried). Had a little of pork and ginger, chicken and walnuts, spicy eggplant and brown rice, with a cup of corn and chicken soup, one beer

I would have been fine if I had been able to resist the large container of multiple home-made goodies at my friends house. The more beer I drank the better they looked As far as actual food is concerned I didn't do too badly.

It's another day.
I put the double chocolate chip cookies my friend made in the freezer.
I forgot to mention I ate one of those cookies after lunch yesterday and then a small square of fudge after dinner.
