It's hard to say, I wouldn't want to make any guarantees and then get proved wrong, but I'm totally confident in mine.
We gave ours rack just like this to our son as he needed a space saver. As a college student living with other college students it has been a great rack, he hasn't had any issues with it falling over. Of course, he doesn't have a carbon fiber bike either he does put his Santa Cruz MTB and his Marin commuter on it though.
