Today's "fun set" - leg extensions. Only 45 pounds, but 100 reps! Around 30 it starts to burn, by 50 you're looking for a fire extinguisher.
The first round I went to 50, took a break, went to 80 took a break and finished it out.
The second round I got to 58 and again took a second break at 80.
The third round I got to 62 and did not take a second break. OUCH!OUCH!OUCH!
This was only one in a round of 5 things we were doing - step ups with weights, squats standing on the flat side of the Bosu and using 30 pound dumb bells, hamstring curls and another hamstring exercise using 20 pound dumb bells.

Your trainer must know the 2 women who teach the strength and core class at my gym.
While I still use pretty light weights, I am getting stronger and a bit more coordinated. I just wish there weren't so many things with jumps. I wouldn't do them, even if I didn't have an injured foot; I can modify easily, but I feel like I am the old lady who can't jump when everyone else is.
