S: 2 pieces home-made mint-chocolate fudge
L: small skinless, roasted chicken breast with sprouted wheat bread
S: Cliff bar
45 minute strength workout, 90 minutes spinning class
D: bowl of bran cereal with banana, skim milk (too late for much else, need to go shopping)
