I originally set a 20 hour goal for this challenge but backed off to 18 because of my neck. I am only 4 hours away from my goal, but I am going to leave it as it is. If I go over, then great. The neck thing gets frustrating...

1 hour and five minutes, intervals (Downward Spiral from the SufferFest) + warm up and cool down. I think my eyeballs can sweat, too.
1 hour in class this morning. I slept like CRAP last night, so it's not surprising that I didn't have a great workout.
I thought about this while I was trying (successfully) to convince myself to just get on the bike and go to work rather than take the train this morning. I'm tired, it's a bit damp and should be raining on the way home (but almost 60 degrees. weird.), but I sucked it up and rode and now I'm glad I did.
I had set my goal based on 3 commutes/week but forgot that next week will likely be a less-than-full work-week, and/or working from the coffee shop which is close to home. I'll have to work in some errands or just for fun rides next week as long as the weather holds to meet that goal...
I did Suffer-o-Rama last night. Ouch! Still very sore this AM - today will be a very easy spin day.
18/20 as of last night.
Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...
I have a mind to do 3 eaaaasy hours outside today, but we'll see. it's hovering around 44 right now.
