Ah! That's his old "Fat Burner" work-out that was first published in Bicyling many moons ago. An oldy but a goody. I cut it out way back when and still do it on occasion. The last occasion was just this Saturday.
I put in a bike video of riding around the Sedona/Grand Canyon area, put on my headphones and burned calories. Yesterday, was almost an hour doing Global Vision's StrenDurance featuring parts of Maui, starting with an 8 minute climb up Mt. Tantalus.
