yesterday:
B: 2 egg omelet with 2% mozzarella, 2 pieces of multigrain toast (mmm Companion bread!)
L: 2 chicken tenders, sauteed brussels sprouts, 2 pieces of multigrain toast (it is that hard to resist!)
AS: Kashi peanut peanut butter bar
D: Went to a tapas place, had 1 cuban chicken slider, 1 chicken skewer, and goat cheese stuffed red pepper slices. Totally overpriced. Remind me not to do tapas again except at home!

I'm starting today off well with a 4 egg white omelet with red peppers, avocado, and lowfat cheddar and 2 pieces of toast. Strength training later!
