It's a beautiful day to be outside! I just came back from walking my dog. I was under the weather last week, so it's nice to get some sunshine for extra motivation.

Mimi - I think Oxy has tylenol in it. It might be better if RD took something else as his alternative pail reliever. Check with your pharmasist or his doctor. My orthopod specifically told me not to take tylenol with Oxy (or was it hydrocodone?) I had to switch pain meds because Oxy made me sick.

I used my neti pot last night and woke up several hours later with one of the worst sinus headaches I have ever had. I didn't shake the headache until this evening. Nothing was working, and I started to feel really bad from the constant pain. I had similar issues this time last year in that I had a bad sinus headache and congestion but did not have any of the other symptoms I have come to associate with a sinus infection. After three or dour days, it finally passed.

Long story short, there are preparations of both oxy- and hydrocodone with acetaminophen (Vicodin (hydro), Percocet (oxy), etc.) So yes, absolutely check with the pharmacist or doctor.
