Moving is always better than not moving. There are days I spin easy for 30 minutes during a favorite TV show. Sometimes I'll even do a harder interval during the commercial break, just to change it up.
And other times I do a Spinervals DVD. It's basically a workout video for your spin bike.
Trying to do intervals completely on my own would probably not be a successful endeavor for me. I need someone telling me what to do![]()
