I saw "yocto-" for the first time last week in connection with the Higgs boson. That sent us to Wikipedia to look at all the other prefixes. It sent us off on an in-joke we have, based on what DH thought to himself when he bought himself a 20MB backup disk in the late '80s. "Next year you'll be buying a 2-zettabyte hard disk and going, 'I'll never fill all that space up!'"

Way, way cool! DP and I have been watching Nova's Fabric of the Cosmos series. I was never any good in physics but I find this stuff just fascinating.
