Way to go! That is so awesome! Enjoy your accomplishment!!

Weighed in today at 136.6 Still sick. Haven't been to spin class but once this week (and I was pathetic...couldn't breathe well enough to really even break a sweat). I shouldn't be losing weight at this point. I assume it's all muscle mass since I'm spending my day in one spot (busy season for toy-makers!).

    Giulianna, congratulations on the milestone!

I forgot to weight myself this morning so I had to weigh after breakfast: 114

    Not thrilled.

153.8 at WW -- eh, I'm still at my 10 lb milestone.

The next couple of weeks are going to be interesting.

DH and I are driving up to Victoria BC (Christmas lights at Butchart Gardens, whee!) with stops in Bend, Pt Townsend, and Seattle.

We'll try not to go hog-wild on the meals & snax, but we're certainly not going to deprive ourselves either.

    We'll see what transpires.

What, no stops in Willamette Valley wine country to visit cute little goats?

I forgot to weigh in today because I was distracted by the fact that it is 'puppy day!!!!', so I'll have to post tomorrow.

141.4. Can't complain, given how little exercise I've gotten in the past few weeks.

Zero exercise, but also hardly any appetite. I'm only getting about 700 calories a day. It's physically hard to eat more - my stomach shrank that much.

Finally stepped on the scale. Still the same. Which, given my travels and no exercise and bad eating, isn't so bad I suppose.

    And......... 174.

I'm going to have to suck it up and make myself get back into the salad habit for lunch next week, it gets hard to do in the winter when produce isn't as good and the days are cold and all I want is something warm for lunch, but I can see it's not working. Not gaining, but this 174-streak is getting absurd.

Hi, I just registered here and I'm happy to be part of the women cycling community. One month ago I started a shredding cycle with a thermogenic fat burner, low carb diet (well, not really strict) and fasted cardio almost every morning+weight lifting 2 times per week. I started at 119 pounds and now I am 111. Some days ago the scales even hit 109.
I am 5'5". Maybe I should stop losing weight because it interferes my work outs. Some days I feel weak and powerless.
I chose to lose weight now because I want to train hard when the season approaches.
