Catrin, sorry to hear about your mom, You are not alone. When I read your post it made a sad feeling in my belly. I have been thru the rehab. scene with my mom.

Thanks, I called her today. They finally let her out of isolation at the rehab place, so hopefully that is a good sign. She does sound MUCH better, even though she won't admit it She hates everything which actually IS a good sign. It was strange when she liked everything, like, where is our REAL mom?

Sounds like DBF's grandfather. He had hip surgery earlier this year. They knew he was doing better because he was giving the nurses hell and complaining.

Catrin, if she is on certain medications they can make her seem like Jekyll and Hyde. When my mom was on morphine she never knew who I was, and hated everything. I pray that I don't have to go thru that.
