On a related note, here's an article called "
The Top 5 Regrets in Life by Those Who Are About to Die". I thought it was a really interesting article. It wasn't so much of a wake-up call for me as it was comforting and reassuring to know that I'm living my life in a way so that when I'm dying, if I have regrets, they won't be the most common 5. I'm not so naive as to think I'll have no regrets just because I won't have these 5! I'm sure I'll find something else to regret.

It has been a good discussion. I was just a bit bummed when I checked in on the thread yesterday to read mostly negative comments. For all of the flaws to the list, I think it makes some good points, too. I'll have to read the article you linked.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
