174. Still.
Starting to wonder if my cheap-o target scale is busted and will always read 174.Even better, it's been 174.0, exactly, for the last 3 (4?) weeks. I don't trust the tenths of pounds so never really pay attention to them, but now it makes me laugh.
I'll take it though, considering how much stuffing, gravy and potatoes I've eaten this week (staring down another plate for dinner, thanksgiving leftovers may be my favorite food(s) ever)
I am not doing very well. I'd like to blame it on hormones and stress, but, really, I am just not eating the right foods. Plus I have been traveling a lot (personal and work), which has really messed with my routine and my body. I deserve the nasty blood sugar spikes and bloating.
I didn't have the guts to weigh myself in the last week (well, when I was home, anyway). Maybe tomorrow.
I didn't weigh this morning - had to leave early and forgot. Probably forgot last wee. I forget. I'm going to use my official WW weigh in # on Sunday....

I have to say, while I'd be happy to lose a couple of pounds by the end of the month, I'm really focusing on not gaining weight. It really is hard with traveling and holidays messing with your regular schedule and meals.
