exactly. The iud they put me one which helps the cysts was also cause i was getting to the point where i was forgetting to take my pill. Which is probably cuase I had been on it for 16 years. I just got tired of having to take it every day. But like grog said they are so low dose these days the benefits out weigh the side effects definatly. If you are young I don't reccommend an iud, But if you are old like me (37) then I would go for the iud. It is so simple. Again it is the marina iud.
