I'm in. I'm aiming for 2 hours a week for a total of 8 hours for December. I'm shooting low and fully expect to make it.

    Great idea and very inspirational!

With my neck injury I think I want to set my time lower than I would like - so if I exceed that it will be good. I think 5 hours a week is reasonable, between spinning classes and trainer time.

    I'm in!

I will put an hour goal down - but I'm modeling my personal challenge after the Spinervals challenge and will check in here to remain accountable. If I meet the hourly goal, great - but my goal is to get myself more used to riding and get rid of the excuses. To that end - I am planning to ride the trainer or outside every day in December. Even if it's 2 miles or 15 minutes on the trainer. Whatever - as long as it's riding. I am giving myself 4 rest days for the month - in part to accommodate a trip that may preclude riding (since we won't be staying in a hotel with a gym probably) and in part to make sure I don't kill myself.
Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...

I'm in, although I have no way to ride inside so I'll use it to motivate me to keep up the commutes through December

6 hours a week is reasonable, that'll give me a little leeway if the weather gets really nasty....
