    Roxie,

I posted on your other thread, but just one more...when I was in the hospital before/after my orthopedic surgery when I fractured my pelvis, I also had NO appetite the entire time I was in the hospital (5 days). Maybe it was the painkillers?

What is NPO, by the way?

Hope you get to go home soon!

    Friday again!

    112.5

I am happy about the weight. I have a bug so no exercise for the last few days. Combine lack of exercise with boredom from sitting around feeling punky, it is hard not to eat. Unfortunately, illness rarely decreases my appetite.

I was 228 yesterday (weighed when starting my spin challenge).

I popped up 6 pounds in one day about a month ago. I thought it had to be fluid, but it stuck Prior to that, I was seeing progressive weight loss.

141.2. Can't complain -- have been consistently between 141.0 and 142.0 since I got back from the holiday trip on Tuesday.

I've gotten very little exercise this week, though. Last night I was so tired I was walking into walls, so I decided to skip the gym and go tonight instead. But I got even less sleep last night than the night before, so I'm going to need lots of caffeine to get through my workout. And this weekend looks busy so it will be hard to get a couple of workouts in.

153.0 at my WW weigh-in yesterday.

And I was given my 5% lost and my (2nd) 5 lbs lost stickers, woo-woo.
