Are there any DVDs that are for running and cycling - to use on a treadmill or trainer? I think something like a virtual DVD, to take the boredom out of indoor exercising. Thanks

People seem to like the Sufferfest series. I don't do indoor training, so I have no personal experience with these videos. They are available as paid downloads at http://www.thesufferfest.com/

    Sufferfest

I have no experience using an indoor trainer. But a LBS is hosting "trainer class" every week. For our first week we did "A Very Dark Place" Sufferfest workout, I must say I loved it. I plan to purchase several of their offerings over the next few weeks. Now I just have to get me trainer set up right.

The Sufferfest. Nothing else holds my attention or keeps me from wanting to stab myself in the ears.

+1 on the Sufferfest. I have mentioned my favorites elsewhere: "Downward Spiral" and "Angels". I will now add "Hell hath no fury" (with footage of women's races).

The RIDES series, actually filmed following a group of cyclists and it has graphical instructions on when to increase resistance and when to stand plus music. There's 4 (I think) currently in the series.
