So Coach Troy is doing a 32 day Spinervals challenge. More info here.

Anyone else thinking of doing it?

Looks like a great challenge! Unfortunately I only own 2 spinervals DVD's and have no interest in buying any more. I wonder if you can do it just by time and intensity? Would be a good challenge for sure- and since I can't run at the moment- it might be good motivation to stay as active as possible.
Thanks for sharing this- might be just what I need!

This is interesting...and I would consider it if I had ANY of their DVD's. Thanks for posting this link. It is an attractive idea, and if I could get a couple of them from the library in time this might be worth attempting.

How about our own indoor challenge thread? Maybe something like the weight management thread where you set your own goal. Maybe I could even figure out a spreadsheet for it. I'm thinking something like a goal of minutes per week.

I like that idea too! I'm a little worried about the length of some of the Troy workouts - I don't know that I would do a 3 hour session if that were one of the workouts, for example.

or the century one- NOT gonna happen with me on my trainer. I'd rather stick rusty spokes in my eyes than sit on my trainer for 6-7 hours.

I'll figure out how to do a google doc spreadsheet and start a new invite thread before 12/1. I've seen sheets where each person can fill in their own goal and progress. I'm thinking a goal of number of minutes per week for four weeks. Maybe do a grand total where it adds it up for all of us.

Where's the like button on this thing? I think this is a great idea.

Although I like the idea of the Spinervals challenge, living here in Maine it's the wrong time of year for that intensity.( too early)

I do like Veronicas idea though... I'll keep watching for herm posts.

Oh man, I don't think I could deal with Coach Troy for that long. Maybe it's the clipboard? I don't know
