I haven't recorded anything for a couple of days, as it's been unusual eating over the holiday, so I'll start with yesterday.
B: 3 slices low salt ham, a couple of pieces of cheese, an orange, a whole wheat deli flat with olive oil, coffee
L: large cup of butternut squash soup in the middle of a 20 mile ride, with half a slice of bread
S: nuts and cranberries, and I think I ate a handful of left over stuffing
D: restaurant, before seeing a play. It's an Asian-Cuban themed place and I wanted to get something different. I ordered the arroz con pollo, which ended up being mostly arroz, but at least I ordered the brown rice. What I really wanted were the plantains that came with it. Oh yea, and some not so good fried appetizers and 1.5 glasses of sangria, and some pineapple sorbet.

So, I'm curious to the others that post on this thread often. Why do you only post when you are eating a very low calorie diet (or are being healthy in your mind)???

What about the days (like Thanksgiving) when you indulge a bit? or, have an icecream - or drink a beer?

    Don't you ever do that?
