For the first time in years, you are actually beyond excited about Christmas and the holidays. Don't blow it a few weeks from now and make me feel like crawling back into bed until spring.

I think cycling has really helped my depression but it's done nothing for weight loss. I'll be happy with feeling better mentally though.

Today Donald got out of intensive care. he had four tubes taken out of him and all that heart/BP/breathing monitoring stuff. Tomorrow the much awaited swallow test. Friday they are putting in a little shunt pump ... we finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.. around the corner, but now we know it can happen.

Wondering if the neti pot would help, I hate, hate, migraines and try not to live on decongestants but when I do take them they help with the pressure behind my ears and base of my skull
