L: 1/2 roasted chicken breast, chex mix, tiny chocolate brownie (coffee hour at church)
S: banana with a bit of peanut butter
1 hour on the trainer
D: 1/2 roasted skinless chicken breast, broccoli, skim milk.
S: small apple
