    B: 2 egg omelette with cheese and salsa, turkey bacon (2 slices), blueberries, coffee
    L: chicken and provolone (low fat) sandwich on whole wheat roll, with sweet relish, cole slaw, cup of butternut squash soup
    D: We went to Redbones, where DIL is the GM. There was a 1.5 hr. wait, but, ah, we got seated right away (sorry to those waiting in line). Then, we got a complimentary appetizer platter of hush puppies, ribs, chicken. I ate one rib and hush puppy, then on to my combo dinner of St. Louis ribs and chicken with ole slaw and beans. I ate the ribs, had 2 bites of the chicken, and about half the beans and slaw. Took the chicken home. Also had 22 oz. of beer. I couldn't eat breakfast until about 10:00 this morning, and we ate this dinner pretty early, around 6:00.

    B: 1 piece of ham, 2 waffles with maple syrup, coffee
    Snack: 4 strawberries
    L: leftover grilled salmon and a tiny bit of leftover mac and cheese
    Snack: 1 beer
    Dinner: roasted chicken, rice, gravy, green beans, 1 glass chardonnay
    Dessert: small custard (yummy)

    Yesterday:

    B: 2 scrambled egg whites, bran cereal with a couple of almonds and blueberries, skim milk, coffee
    L: 1/2 roasted chicken breast, chex mix, tiny chocolate brownie (coffee hour at church)
    S: banana with a bit of peanut butter
    1 hour on the trainer
    D: 1/2 roasted skinless chicken breast, broccoli, skim milk.
    S: small apple

    B: half a Luna Bar before 5:15 AM short ride, finished when I got home
    egg whites, goat cheese, low salt ham omelette, blueberries, coffee
    L: salad with lettuce, tomato, chicken, Mexican cheese, salsa, black beans, blueberries
    S: nuts and cranberries, another Luna Bar
    D: soba noodles and chicken, edame, in an orange-sesame dressing
    S: whole wheat deli flat with low fat cream cheese

    B: 1 egg, piece of ham, piece of wg toast with butter, coffee

    L: handful of almonds for lunch (I played tennis for two hours at lunchtime and was busy at work so no chance to grab a sammy or anything else!)

    D: leftover rice, chicken, gravy, green beens, 1 glass chardonnay

    Dessert: 1 custard

    Banana before strength/core class at 5:30 AM
    whole wheat bagel, low fat cream cheese tomato, and lox (I had to give in to the craving. I was fighting it), orange, coffee

    left over sesame soba noodles and chicken, apple

    vegetarian chili with poblano peppers, red peppers, tomatoes and chilis, quinoa, and a piece of whole wheat ciabatta
