160.2... Surprised to see that much of a drop but I will take it!

148.1 - up a little, but I'm not surprised. I let down my nutrition guard a little this week in a kind of 'last hurrah' before my 7 week challenge which starts tomorrow.

OK I was 203.1 last Friday and I like to use the same scale we have here at the clinic to keep track. I wont be able to check my progress on Friday because we are closed for the Holidays. So I just stepped on the scale this morning and I am 201.4 . Even though I havent been to the gym since Saturday because of my missing Dog but I think I got my work out by looking for him day and night for 2 days.

Leaving town tonight. This morning I weighed 145. WTF? That's > 2 lbs more than yesterday morning.

In addition to the holiday, I'm sick with something kinda like a cold but not really. I hope I manage to get some exercise over the weekend.

Was thankful that I've still got some extra padding on the commute this morning.....lost a screw in one of the SPDs somehow and I kicked my heel out, the shoe turned but the cleat stayed in the pedal...slo-mo tip time. I got the other side unclipped and ALMOST got my center of gravity over to the other side, but too much stuff on the rack. Anyway, I also fell well, landing on the a**/thigh junction which is well padded, so no bruise Little scuff on the bar tape and bar end, and another one on the back of the rack, so the bike is ok too
I hate those slo-mo tips - except mine come from forgetting to clip out at the end of a ride, although I have not done that for a while. Glad neither you or the bike was hurt

My weight jumped during the 3 days after riding 111 miles, but dropped a pound between Weds and today, even with Thanksgiving. So I'm 117.2 today.
