Glad I've gotten others thinking about this. I see lots of women in bras that don't fit. The calculators also put me in a 30 D/DD, but I fit well in a 28G. Once you find a size you "think" fits putting it on properly is the key. This is the difference between comfort and misery.

Using the guides and videos in this link helped me to learn how to put a bra on correctly and evaluate fit. I don't know how many bras I ordered and returned because they didn't fit but I was expecting the company to refuse to send me any more. I finally found an English brand, Freya and their 28G's are a great fit.

Although I've worn underwires for years I'm getting used to the feel of a properly fitting bra. My back pain is gone and my posture is improved. Funny, I thought my problem was weak and stiff muscles!
