Count me in. It's been a while since I've had a girls night out. This will be like a girls day in: why limit yourself to the dark hours??! There's no need for a designated driver, either.

Did you mean Saturday the 26th, SK? (You said 25th). We have plans, but I will try to send something remotely.

    And where IS Brandi....??

Sure, whatever. We just need a world-wide 24 hour non-work period.

I'm in, too. Whenever. I would even break my no-beer-during-the-week rule for this. The calories don't count for something like this, correct?

I'm here I'm here! I didn't even see this happening! Ha
Thank you for the honor of being the idea person on this. Ok So are we doing this on Thanksgiving? Let's make it over thanksgiving weekend that way all can put in when they can. How does that sound? I have to work from 26-1st that way for Thanksgiving works cause I am just cooking. And I plan on having a beer or 2 while cooking. I have micro brew I brought back from Tempe AZ called "kilt lifter".. Looking forward to having it with you all. So get your kilt's on!

I bought a case. And My husband just kinda likes it so it's all mine! But of coarse I have already sent special friends home with a couple bottle's. We can't get here. So a case seemed like a good idea.

This sounds like fun, I'm in too.

Maybe I'll go get a growler from the local brewery just to change it up a bit, otherwise it'll be Irish stout or good IPA from Oregon (with very few exceptions, I'm disappointed by East coast IPAs)

    East Coast IPA

Carlotta - Can you tell me what those exceptions are? I am in Oregon and am very spoiled by all the fantastic IPA. My father in law is in Maine, and has become fond of our IPA and can't find anything close to being as good on the East Coast. Any suggestions for him? (and for us when we go visit and are stuck with less-than-hoppy-goodness!)

Oh - and I love the Cyber Beer fest! I will be sure to raise a glass during next weekend, and it will certainly be an Oregon IPA!

Well, I might just drink a wheat beer, as so far, I don't like any of the "local" beers I've tried.
Kilt Lifter? I'm intrigued, only because Tempe is my adopted hometown; I like the name.
So, on Thanksgiving? I can easily drink and cook.
