Thought my TE sisters would get a laugh/understand...
Talking to DH the other day about having some work done on my face. The sagging & lines seem more prominent and age spots keep popping up. In spite of my spf 50, nature seems to have its way.
Then, I said (thinking out loud) that a series of laser treatments, fillers, etc., would probably cost the same as a new titanium Seven. Hmmm...
Decided to go with the bike. It will last longer & be tons more fun![]()

Good choice! My coworker has had a variety of treatments to deal with age spots on her face and body. None have been successful. She did just be some alpha hydroxy lotion that you can get at Costco that another of our co-workers swears by. I'm dubious. If a chemical peel in a doctor's office didn't work, I'm not sure that any over-the-counter product will.

I agree- good choice.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Do you feel beautiful? I'll bet you REALLY will when you have a new Seven under you.
Enjoy!

I figure I earned this face so I'll wear it comfortably, and a new bike doesn't hurt or require bandages!!![]()

Be yourself, to the extreme!
Agreed, the bike is a great purchase!
Also agreed that the cosmetic work is only temporary and a sligtht/somewhat improvement (versus a dramatic night and day difference).
Wishing you happy and safe miles on the new bike.
Wholeheartedly agree. Dollar for dollar, you'll get so much more happiness from your beautiful bicycle...and the results will be longer lasting by far... Enjoy!
I love the empowering women on this forum for sure.
