    B: Greek non fat yogurt with blueberries and almonds, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee
    S: nuts and cranberries
    L: left over home made Cesar salad with some extra orzo thrown in, an apple
    S: Luna Bar, half a banana
    D: went to an Indian rest. with a friend. I was leery as I really don't eat any Asian food anymore, as it makes me gain weight and feel gross. I was pleasantly surprised to feel fine this morning, with no weight gain. I had yellow lentils, with a tiny bit of white rice and one piece of naan.

    D: salmon, roasted potatoes and salad with blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette, 1 glass prosecco

    Yesterday:

    B: scrambled egg whites, steel-cut oats with a few almonds and blueberries, skim milk, coffee
    S: small yummy, crunchy apple
    L: 1/2 roasted skinless chicken breast, baby spinach, a bit of balsamic vinegar
    S: another small yummy, crunchy apple
    D: Roasted red pepper/tomato soup, celery with a bit of natural peanut butter, 4 almonds, skim milk

    B: egg white omelette with Mexican cheese and salsa, an orange, coffee
    S: nuts and cranberries
    L: about 1/2 cup of curried chicken salad, cup of butternut squash soup
    S: whole wheat deli flat with hummus
    D: poblano pepper/black bean/corn burro (2) on corn tortilla, with avocado, 1.5 glasses of red wine, 2 squares chocolate

    L: 1 taco, 1 cheese enchilada, salsa,
    1 chocolate chip cookie
    D: small plate mac and cheese, spinach salad, with bacon, pecans, vinaigrette, 1 glass prosecco

    Yesterday didn't make much sense:

    B
    cornflakes with blackberries and skim milk, tea
    banana and coffee with milk later at work

    Snack
    small danish and coffee with milk
    mixed berry yogurt

    Supper
    1 tangerine
    fresh fennel bulb sauteed with tomatoes, onions and basil with light noodles
    leftover tinned pink salmon with a bit of same noodle
    2 c. tea with milk

    Snack
    banana
    cornflakes with skim milk with dollop of yogurt

    L: 1 glass of apple cranberry juice, fresh juiced
    snack: 1/2 glass of prosecco
    D: 1 piece of lasagna, 1 piece garlic bread, 1 glass red wine
    Dessert: 1 frozen icecream drumstick treat
