salad with orzo salad, lettuce, chicken, tomato, an apple
5 pita chips and 2 slices of Iberico cheese
cup of butternut squash soup, chicken salad sandwich on a ww deli flat, an orange, 2 squares chocolate
I am ravenous and after getting my weight back down last week, it's up again...
