I do about 16 to 17 a day too and try for longer rides on the weekends. Not this weekend of coarse. Is that good? avarage maybe as far as a daily workout? I need to build up cause of my tour in sept so i double up as much as i can in this weather.
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.

I am soooo HAPPY. There are so many cancellations for the Solvang ride tomorrow, that we managed to get a hotel room right near the start!

wooohoooo! a hotel will be soooooo much more comfortable under these conditions... you guys be safe out there... remember all the little stuff like the striping is like ice in the rain, and braking takes longer... hope it's a great ride for you...

take some little packets of hot chocolate with you for after the ride (ok... maybe take a bottle of something stronger! lol!) to warm you up!
