    L: 1/2 wg sandwich with low salt turkey and swiss cheese
    D: 1/4 butternut squash stuffed with rice, turkey italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, topped with homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese

    D: 1 chicken thigh, roasted potatoes and red onion, okra in marinara sauce, 1 beer

    coffee and Greek yogurt, nuts, and cranberries at 10:00 AM
    L: left over brown rice orzo, spinach chicken soup, with left over chick peas thrown in, whole wheat deli flat with hummus

    D: glass of Reisling wine, migas (eggs and egg whites scrambled with corn tortilla strips, poblano and red pepper, green chill salsa), orange and avocado salad

    D: bowl of homemade minestrone soup, made with little bacon, onions, carrots, celery, chard, spinach, tomatoes, beef broth, pasta, cannellini beans, 1 piece wg bread with butter, 1 beer

    B: 2 pumpkin pancakes, 2 pieces bacon, 1 egg, coffee
    L: greek yogurt with cherries
    D: beef roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn bread, old fashioned southern greens with ham bits

    Spent the morning taking care of veges - roasted a large squash and made puree out of it (into the freezer); cooked the southern greens; then started the roast to cook all afternoon. It must be that winter time nesting thing
