    piece of raisin toast with soy nut butter before early AM ride (18 miles)
    2 soft boiled eggs and an orange, coffee when I got back

    pack of dried cranberries and nuts

    roasted pepper/tomato soup/low salt ham and provolone on a ww deli flat, an orange

    homemade chicken/spinach/whole wheat orzo soup with a piece of French bread that was freezer burned
    2 squares dark chocolate

    D: 1/4 butternut squash stuffed with rice, turkey italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, topped with homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese
