Too much sugar this week. Blech. Today:
B: 2 slices sourdough toast with butter, 3 slices of bacon
46-mile ride; Water, shot blocks, 2 packages of peanut M&Ms.
Lunch (also on ride): 6 chicken nuggets and a small coke from the McDonald's near the trail.Since the alternative was bonking in the middle of nowhere...
Post-ride: Small eggnog frappucino. Tasty!
D: I have no idea. I'm too tired to contemplate cooking. Maybe huevos rancheros or something.
