Breakfast: (7:30 a. m.)
Oatmeal
Mid morning Snack: (10 a.m.)
Half Ham/cheese sandwich with wheat bread and light Mayo.
Lunch: (12:15 p.m.)
Small bowl of Pasta Pene with ground beef in Italian Sauce and Parmessan cheese on top , 1 Apple, 1 small Jello.
Mid Afternoon Snack (@ 3 p.m.)
Banana strawberry Yogurt and the other half of the Sandwich
Dinner: (@ 6:30 p.m.)
Veggie Salad with Fish
Evening Snack: ( if need it @ 9 p.m. after work out)
Small bowl of cereal with soy Milk or a Smoothie
