    2 pieces of halloween candy (gotta get rid of this stuff!)

    Monday:
    egg whites and cheese, turkey bacon, blueberries, coffee
    lentil soup/apple

    pita chips and Machengo cheese
    half of a whole wheat naan "pizza" with pesto, figs, goat cheese, salad, 2 squares chocolate

    yesterday:
    low salt ham and cheese on a whole wheat bagel, an orange, coffee
    more coffee
    salad with chicken and veggies
    Luna Bar
    dinner with friends who slept over, since they still had no power: (I cooked) pan seared talapia, with rosemary, onion and red pepper, mashed sweet potato, 3 pieces of some chocolate Halloween candy, and too much red wine before and during the meal.

    Breakfast: (7:30 a. m.)
    Oatmeal

    Mid morning Snack: (10 a.m.)
    Half Ham/cheese sandwich with wheat bread and light Mayo.

    Lunch: (12:15 p.m.)
    Small bowl of Pasta Pene with ground beef in Italian Sauce and Parmessan cheese on top , 1 Apple, 1 small Jello.

    Mid Afternoon Snack (@ 3 p.m.)
    Banana strawberry Yogurt and the other half of the Sandwich

    Dinner: (@ 6:30 p.m.)
    Veggie Salad with Fish

    Evening Snack: ( if need it @ 9 p.m. after work out)
    Small bowl of cereal with soy Milk or a Smoothie

    I am not really good at drinking water unless I am working out.... but I try to drink at least three 16oz. bottles every day..

    Yes. The recipe actually calls for fig preserves made into pesto with walnuts, but I didn't have any, so I just used dried figs on top. Oh, and a sliced pear, also. The sweet and salty of the figs and regular pesto was a bit odd, but still fine. One naan always looks like not enough for 2 people, but it is, because whenever I eat a whole one by myself, it's way too much.

    S: 1 glass of fresh juiced grapefruit juice
    L: leftover au gratin potatoes
    S: 1 cookie
    D: chicken noodle vege soup, with grilled cheese sandwich on wg bread

    2 soft boiled eggs, one whole wheat deli flat w/olive oil, 3 slices low salt ham, an orange, coffee
    salad with veggies and chicken, an apple
    Luna Bar
    take out: Korean style BBQ, pulled chicken, baked beans, cold soba noodles, 2 small ribs (needed comfort food)

    Thursday:
    banana before core/weights/ball class
    egg whites, low fat Mexican cheese, salsa, blueberries, coffee

    salad with veggies, chicken, goat cheese, an apple
    nuts and cranberries

    Luna Bar

    panini on whole wheat ciabatta, with chicken, low salt ham, provolone, cole slaw, veggie chips, 2 squares chocolate

    B: 1 piece wg toast, cereal with raspberries, 1% milk, coffee
    S: 1 granola bar
    L: 1 piece of fried chicken, 1 apple
    D: 2 beef tacos, small bit of rice and beans, 1 margarita at my favorite mexican restaurant -yum.
