Friday was the big Halloween parties and parade at school (I teach) so I dressed up as a ladybug and rode to work as such (even put antennae on my helmet). Today I wore a Halloween shirt and a giant plush dinosaur tail. I told the kids I was a recently discovered dinosaur: a bookasaurus (I'm a librarian).
They get a kick out of teachers who dress up- and I was the only one who did Friday and today. I don't dress up otherwise, but at school with the kids; how could I NOT?
