I fail. This week was one of those weeks that I just didn't care. I didn't log my food and didn't do any exercise.
Weight: 234.2.
Fail!
But never fear. I will pick myself back up and start fresh today. I'll log my food and NOT go out to eat, even though it's easy when hubby calls and wants to go to lunch. AND I will lace up my running shoes bright and early tomorrow morning and run 4 miles.

Don't think I will be 135 for my first mountain bike marathon on the 19th of November but hoping to drop a few more pounds.
