I really need to try to eat a bigger breakfast and tiny dinner!
Today:

2 slices whole wheat toast with tiny bit of butter and strawberry jam = 250 Calories
1 cup 2% greek yogurt with banana slices and maple syrup = 250 calories

Spinach salad with chicken, yellow zucchini, and vinaigrette
bowl of cream of mushroom soup
D:
? Something small though!
1 nutrigrain bar (ugh, so gross, but it was THERE mid morning)
