This is a celebration....I had not ridden since the morning of April 9th 2011, I got up that morning rode 25 miles, went to Martial Arts class that night and blew out my right ACL. 6 months later (after surgery, removing part of my hamstring, PT...etc) I am now back on my bike as of Oct 11 and today I managed to ride what was once my normal ride.

Keep on Rolling! So sorry to hear that you were down for the summer...how great to be back in the saddle again. Here's wishing you some good weather for the final months of fall to ride a bit more.
