    B: shredded wheat 1% milk, strawberries, coffee
    Snack: peanut butter crackers
    L: 1 banana and 1 apple
    D: salmon, and japanese noodles stir fried with Tasumi (SP?) (like bok choi), red onions, yellow, red and orange bell peppers, celery and splash of soy sauce, 1 glass of red wine
    Dessert: butternut squash/apple crisp

    I really need to try to eat a bigger breakfast and tiny dinner!

    Today:
    BF
    2 slices whole wheat toast with tiny bit of butter and strawberry jam = 250 Calories
    1 cup 2% greek yogurt with banana slices and maple syrup = 250 calories

    L:
    Spinach salad with chicken, yellow zucchini, and vinaigrette
    bowl of cream of mushroom soup

    D:
    ? Something small though!
    1 nutrigrain bar (ugh, so gross, but it was THERE mid morning)

    B: small bowl of cornflakes with skim milk, fresh raspberries, c. of tea with skim milk

    Brunch: Mediterranean flatbread with zaatar spice, pistachio phyllo pastry and juice.

    Snack: after trip 1 of grocery shopping, flatbread with fresh hummus. c. of tea with skim milk. Some fresh grapes All @ 2:00 pm

    D: roasted tomato soup with onions, red pepper and garlic with fresh cilantro, basil, a fresh plum and later, a tangerine

    slice of banana chocolate chip bread
    multi-grain English muffin with butter
    veggie barley soup and grilled cheese sandwich
    raspberry Greek yogurt with walnuts
    2.5 bowls of pasta with veggie tomato sauce
    a pear
    slice of bread with cheddar cheese

    I need more fruit. I miss blueberries now that they're out of season. The frozen ones are okay, but not the same.
