    Catrin...my diet for the last two days wasn't great either, for exactly the same reason! (Though less beer.)

    Yesterday:
    Bowl of cereal with 1%, black tea with milk and sugar
    1.7-mile hike with my parents
    3 slices jalapeno-cheddar bread, roasted tomato and red pepper soup, red pepper hummus, cheese, part of an apple.
    Roast beef with carrots, celery and onion, roasted potatoes, turnips, parsnips and onions, roasted Brussels sprouts. Glass of red wine.
    Two slices of German chocolate cake, glass of milk

    Today:
    Bowl of cereal with 1%
    We went out for lunch today...2 slices of sourdough with butter, two slices flatbread "pizza" with smoked duck, flatbread with tomato jam, goat cheese spread and hummus (not at the same time!), piece of salmon, potatoes, squash, 2/3 of a creme brulee.
    Slightly less than half a chicken breast half, roasted root veggies.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Snack: few handfuls of trail mix
    1 beer
    D: 1 chicken pot pie (homemade), salad with vinaigrette, 1 glass red wine

    L: 1 pork chop
    D: 1 beer, 2 chicken enchiladas, small amount of brown rice

    I've been sick; a gradually increasing stomach issue that is chronic that came to a head Sat. night/Sunday. It's better, but now I have a horrible cold and hoping it doesn't go to my chest. So, my eating has been weird.
    Monday:
    B: matzah with margarine, banana, cup of tea
    S: slice of raisin bread
    L: chicken salad, banana
    S: Luna Bar
    D: salad with tuna, calamatta olives, vinaigrette, on whole wheat pita chips

    Today:
    2 eggs over easy, 2 slices turkey bacon, blueberries, cup of tea
    lentil soup with roast peppers, half a chicken sandwich on whole wheat

    homemade chicken soup (OK, I used boxed broth-low salt), with chicken, brown rice, carrots, flavored with ginger and cloves), slice of challah

    B: oatmeal,strawberries, bananas, coffee 1% milk
    S: pomegranate greek yogurt
    L: 1/2 turkey sandwich with lettuce tomato and swiss cheese, 1 small bag bbq chips
    D: 1 hamburger with blue cheese mixed in, no bread,few roasted potatoes, broccoli, 1 beer

    For some reason I am just noticing this thread for the first time. Neat.

    Yesterday:

    B - Trader Joe's fig cereal bar, coffee
    L - 2 fish tacos w/cabbage from food truck (I am addicted)
    snack - 2 saltines
    D - vodka penne pasta, glass of red wine, mini chocolate-almond biscotti w/herbal tea for desert.

    My last little bike outing was Saturday and I ate:

    B - Everything bagel with light cream cheese, coffee
    Trip to farmer's market and back, 18 miles and very weighted down on way back
    L - instant TJ's mac & cheese
    snack - local camembert spread on toasted tuscan bread
    D - grilled thick-cut pork chop with asian basting sauce and roasted acorn squash with herbs and honey, glass of rose

    L: leftover enchiladas
    D: roasted chicken, dressing with mushrooms, onions, celery, spices; peas, 1 glass white wine
    Dessert: butternut squash and apple crisp
