2 pieces of toast with peanut butter & coffee with milk (at work)
Snack: pear, fresh plum
Snack after work:
a cranberry, chocolate cookie and coffee with milk
Dinner:
Stir fried cauliflower, beans, red pepper, onion and garlic in black soy bean chili sauce over noodles
tea with skim milk
a tangerine
Today
B: cornflakes with raspberries, 2 cups of tea with milk
Bike commuting for large grocery shopping with stop along way.
Hot thin Mediterranean flatbread with spicy zaatar
small pistachio phyllo pastry

2 flatbread with fresh huumus, small hazelnut phyllo pastry ($1.00 for these wee ones, makes it addictive...)
Dinner:
Homemade roasted tomato soup with smashed raosted parsnips, onions and garlic
2 fresh plums
tea with milk
