    The people I see using it at the gym tend to move their hips way too much. While the trainer watches them, silently. (The trainers at my gym are not very good. Which is why I go to a trainer at my old gym every other week. But for some reason he does not have me using the TRX.)

    I've considered getting one for home use eventually, I just don't know a safe/sturdy enough way to set it up in my apartment considering it uses my body weight...
