I am enjoying reading everyone's rides today - and glad you enjoyed our hike yesterday Roadtrip! Those aren't my favorite roads, but I do ride there frequently.

Today I had fun mountain biking. It was a great ride, but did fall and wrenched my back/snapped my neck. I think I am fine, just have a bruised back I think. I am avoiding the beer and turning to ibuprophen and ice...
