Cograts! I've been looking at road bikes for the past few weeks, and after riding the Specialized Ruby yesterday I pretty much know how you feel. I fell in love with it too, and it WILL be my next bike. Enjoy!

Absolutely a lovely looking bike. I love the Komen paint job of the Ruby every year they bring it out.

Congrats on the new bike and I understand the bonding experience too
My husband has told me that you cannot love inanimate (sp?) objects, but I disagree. We have to trust our bikes...we rely on them - from that we build a bond (similar to love?).
I admit that I love my road bike (Bianchi Velochi) and I'm becoming very fond of my new Surley LHT.

It's in Adams, Mass, which is about 2 hours west of where I live . That's the famous Berkshire area of Massachusetts. It's really lovely out there. Originally Posted by indysteel
