WARMEST winter tights -- NO chamois ?

I am looking for the warmest lady tights you can buy without a chamois. Was thinking about the Assos Uma S5 rated at 0-8 degrees celsius (32 - 46 F) but it seems to only come with a chamois. Other non-padded Assos are not rated down to 0-celsius. Anyone know of other brands I should consider?

I have Sugoi Midzero Zap tights. They're technically running tights, so they don't have a chamois, but do have crotch seams. It's not a problem with the shorts I wear under them. They were fine at 38 and windy, so they're probably fine down to freezing. They're probably too warm for about 45+ (I'd just wear leg warmers!), though.
